Job Summary:

The Make Ready Technician is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of units to ensure they are move-in ready for new tenants or occupants. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong attention to detail, including but limited to painting, sheetrock, punch, plumbing, and electrical. 

Qualifications: 

1. - Strong knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools.
2. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
3. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
6. - Must be to work on the West Bank and Kenner.
